Book Your Event

Thank you for your interest in hosting a memorable sewing event with Sew Mojo! Whether you're planning a private party, corporate team-building session, or educational workshop, our dedicated team is here to guide you through a seamless booking process.

Our booking process

  • Step One: Submit a Workshop Request Form

Begin by completing our Workshop Request Form, available on our website. This form gathers essential details about your event, including preferred dates, location, type of event (e.g., birthday party, corporate team-building), and any specific requests or themes you have in mind.

  • Step Two: Consultation and Date Confirmation

Once we receive your Workshop Request Form, a Sew Mojo representative will contact you to discuss your event in detail. We'll review your preferences, clarify any questions, and confirm the availability of dates that suit your schedule. It's helpful to have alternative dates in mind to ensure flexibility in securing your preferred slot.

  • Step Three: Program Customization

Next, we'll collaborate with you to tailor the program to meet your event objectives and participant needs. Whether you're focusing on beginner sewing skills, advanced techniques, or themed projects, we'll customize the workshop content to align with your goals. Our experienced instructors are ready to craft a engaging and educational experience that fits your vision.

  • Step Four: Securing Your Booking

Once the details are finalized and you're satisfied with the proposed program and schedule, we'll send you a formal agreement outlining the terms, including pricing, payment schedule, cancellation policy, and any additional services or equipment requested. To secure your booking, we require a deposit or full payment as specified in the agreement.

  • Step Five: Preparing for Your Event

As your event date approaches, we'll stay in touch to coordinate logistics and finalize any last-minute details. Our team will ensure that all necessary materials, equipment, and instructors are prepared to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.

  • Step Six: Enjoy Your Sew Mojo Event!

On the day of your event, our team will arrive at the designated location ready to set up and facilitate the workshop. Participants will enjoy hands-on learning, creativity, and the camaraderie that comes with sewing together. We're committed to making your Sew Mojo event a success and look forward to helping you create lasting memories.
